Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
  • Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents.
  • Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential Clients.
  • Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork.
