Key Responsibilities:
- Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
- Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents.
- Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential Clients.
- Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven 1-5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and pricing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork.
