About Cobi Group: Cobi was established since 2018 with four branches: COBI ONE, COBI IN, COBI CIF, COBI LOGIS.

COBI ONE: we have two towers I & II in HCMC, Vietnam&aposs economic center - district 7. We are constructing landmark building in major business centers.

COBI IN: Vietnam&aposs rapid economic growth arose demand of new dining culture. COBI IN started F&B business (Cobi Bread) & kitchenware distribution (COBI HORECA) .

COBI CIF (COBI HOME): is a mall center located at LongHau Industrial Park. It&aposs will lead innovative changes of Vietnamese housing culture with provision of high-quality and trendy furniture from all over the world.

COBI LOGIS: we have COBI LOGIS I & II in LongHau Industrial Park. Both warehouses are advances and comprehensive logistics centers.

Job Title: Sales Executive (Food/Ho-Re-Ca)

Location: 16Fl, Cobi Tower II, no 2-4, street 8, Tan My Ward, HCMC

Department: HR/GA

Reports To: Sales Manager/Head of Sales

Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on the Foodservice / Ho-Re-Ca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for food products within the Ho-Re-Ca sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target Ho-Re-Ca clients and grow market share.
  • Identify and approach potential customers including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafs, and foodservice distributors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize offerings and pricing.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (25 years) in sales within the food industry or Ho-Re-Ca sector.
  • Strong network within the Ho-Re-Ca industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license (if travel is required).

Salary: 15.000.000 - 20.000.000 gross
