Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts with clients who need Marketing Service from Sotamedia.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Constantly establish effective sale-pipelines. Focus on: New leads, new sale-pipelines, successful rate, customer life-time value (CLV).
  • Actively seek new sales leads and opportunities, including presentations and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for problem-solving during project execution.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on media & marketing services.
  • Preferable with candidates who have knowledge in AI or Web3.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of media, marketing service within the technology industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and new sale-pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Flexible working regime and health care:

  • Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
  • Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
