Sales Executive (on-site)

Location: 28 ng B2 KT Sala, Phng An Li ng, TP. Th c

Working hours: 44 hours/week (rotating shifts - no night shifts; weekend work is required)

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales/Admissions Executive, your responsibilities include calling qualified leads, meeting with potential students, answering their questions, evaluating their applications, and following up with contract and payment paperwork.

The ideal admissions executive is someone with excellent communication skills, enjoys meeting people, and is an empathetic listener who is excited about helping others fulfill their potential and unlock better career opportunities.

Ultimately, you'll be the first point of contact for most students, and you'll build relationships that help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to CoderSchool's rapid growth.

  • Respond to people who apply to be learners at CoderSchool
  • Listen to and understand how we can help potential new students
  • Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Negotiate/close deals
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements
  • Proven great experience as a Sales Executive/ Admissions Executive or relevant role for more than 1 year in tech/education-tech (software, IT solutions, SaaS, or tech training), selling to adult customers.
  • Good at sales: Ability to identify potential customers.
  • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Fast learner with and passion for helping others
  • Professional attitude and Education consulting
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
