Position: Sale Manager (Hospital & Clinic Channel)
Work Location: Hanoi
Job Responsibilities1. Business Management & Development- Develop business plans and market development strategies for the Genetic & Oncology testing portfolio in line with company direction.
- Analyze and evaluate the market, proposing suitable business solutions.
- Manage and develop strategic customer portfolios, including hospitals, oncology centers, genetic centers, physicians, patients, and related healthcare organizations.
2. Sales Team Management & Leadership- Manage, assign tasks, supervise, and support the sales team.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and solution-based consulting.
- Monitor and evaluate performance (KPIs, sales results, etc.) and propose improvement plans.
- Motivate team members and build a professional, collaborative sales culture.
3. Reporting & Other Duties- Prepare periodic reports on business performance, market trends, customers, and competitors in the genetic and oncology testing sector for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure solutions delivered to customers are professionally effective, compliant with procedures, and operationally stable.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the same industry, with a minimum of 2 years in NGS, genetics & oncology, or newborn screening.
- Strong team management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Training and team development capabilities.
- High professional ethics, strong personal credibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Honest, dynamic, and proactive mindset.
- Strong professional network with hospitals, medical centers, and specialist physicians.
- Foreign language: ability to communicate and read professional documents.
