Job Description

 

       I.           JOB DESCRIPTION

-         Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes, particularly in the animal nutrition and livestock/aquaculture sectors.

-         Sales & Business Development: Develop and manage new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Lead the positioning of animal nutrition products and solutions through strategic proposals, product trials, and tailored presentations to key stakeholders including feed manufacturers, farm owners, and distributors.

-         Technical & Customer Engagement: Work closely with feedmills and livestock/aquaculture farms to provide technical consultation, coordinate on-farm trials, gather product performance feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction with animal nutrition solutions.

-         Other tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)

   III.           QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

a.      EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

-         Bachelor/ Master's degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities, preferably majoring in Animal husbandry, Veterinary, Aquaculture, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry.

-         Experience in animal/aquaculture husbandry industry at least 5 years.

b.     SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

-         Hard skills & Soft skills:

o  Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must

o  Strong interpersonal & communication skills

o  Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills

o  Ability to multitask & work under pressure

-         Attitude:

o  High responsibility and self-contain

o  Active listening, proactive, and self-reflection

o  Frequent international & domestic travel might be required
