Sika Vietnam is looking for Sales Executive - A&I Aftermarket to be responsible for developing and growing Sika's automotive aftermarket business in Vietnam by managing distributors, workshops, and key accounts in Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) and Car Body Repair (CBR) segments. The role focuses on sales growth, market penetration, technical selling, and brand development, fully aligned with Sika standards on safety, quality, and sustainability
Job Description
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and expand aftermarket sales for windshield bonding, sealing & bonding, and repair solutions.
- Achieve annual sales targets (volume, value, and product mix) assigned by management.
- Identify and develop new workshops, installers, distributors, and retail partners in the assigned territory.
- Execute gotomarket plans for aftermarket products in line with Sika Vietnam strategy.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Manage and support aftermarket distributors, ensuring correct pricing, stock level, and product availability.
- Drive distributor performance through training, joint visits, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor distributor sellin / sellout, inventory rotation, and credit situation.
- Ensure compliance with Sika brand positioning and channel policy.
Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Provide technical advice and onsite support to auto glass shops and body repair centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and trial applications.
- Work closely with Technical Service to ensure correct product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Support product launches and promote new aftermarket innovations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Propose practical actions to improve market coverage and service level.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow Sika safety standards, HS&E rules, and ethical business conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Automotive Technology, or Business.
- 25 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial chemicals, or technical B2B sales.
- Experience working with distributors and workshops is highly preferred.
- Understanding of polyurethane (PU) adhesives, sealants, primers, and cleaners.
- Knowledge of Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) or Car Body Repair (CBR) processes.
- Strong sales drive (hunter mindset) with structured account management skills.
- Ability to sell technical solutions, not only products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and with crossfunctional teams.
- Basic English communication skills (reading datasheets, training material).
