Responsibilities
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to take responsibilities for:
1. Improve GT Sales Activities
Develop and standardize sales activity manuals to ensure consistent implementation across all sales areas.
Conduct regular training programs for the Sales Engineering team to improve sales capability, mindset, and execution quality.
Monitor, track, and analyze sales activities and provide improvement recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
2. Market Expansion
Provide market insights and field information to support market development planning with the RSM.
Analyze market data and monitor market development progress across territories.
Review and optimize internal operational processes to improve sales efficiency and market coverage.
3. Sales Engineering Reporting
Prepare and manage sales activity reports including revenue performance, market visit rate, number of sales shops, and route-to-market effectiveness.
Develop market expansion reports tracking new areas, dealer development, and sales shop growth.
4. DMS System Management
Manage and resolve issues related to the Distributor Management System (DMS).
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement new features and improvements in the DMS system.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, or Sales Capability, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong experience in General Trade (GT) sales operations and market development.
Experience working with Distributor Management Systems (DMS) or similar sales management systems is preferred.
Experience in sales training, sales activity management, or sales process standardization is an advantage.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Solid understanding of route-to-market, sales coverage, and GT channel operations.
Ability to develop sales manuals, training materials, and operational guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and coaching mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of self-motivation, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional sales teams.
