We're hiring a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive sales and market penetration of intelligent warehouse logistics automation equipment. You'll bridge technical solutions and customer needs, deliver winning proposals, and support project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive local market penetration and meet/exceed individual sales targets for warehouse automation equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored technical and economic proposals for sales opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into competitive, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Act as the key technical contact, collaborating with HQ to align on project specifications.
- Partner with external vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions and facilitate project handover to execution teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or related discipline (logistics/automation focus preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in intelligent warehouse logistics automation, with a track record selling to international enterprises.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English; willing to travel frequently.
