Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities with OEM, EMS, ODM, and manufacturing

customers in Vietnam

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors

· Promote electronic components including:

o Semiconductors

o Passive components

o Connectors

o Sensors

o Power modules

o Embedded/IoT solutions

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions

• Drive design-in and project-based sales activities

• Support local distributors and channel partners

Customer & Technical Support

• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations

• Coordinate with FAE/application engineers for customer support

• Work closely with factories and suppliers on delivery schedules and quality issues

• Understand customer production plans and forecast demand

Market Expansion

• Identify new opportunities in:

o Consumer electronics

o Automotive electronics

o Industrial automation

o Renewable energy

o Smart manufacturing

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends

• Develop market penetration strategies for North and South Vietnam

Leadership Responsibilities (Manager Role)

• Lead local sales team and distributors

• Develop sales strategies and annual business plans

• Manage KPI performance and forecasting

• Coordinate with regional HQ in Singapore, Hong Kong

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in:

o Electronics Engineering

o Electrical Engineering

o Mechatronics

o Technical Business

Experience

Sales Engineer

• 2–5 years of experience in electronic components sales or technical sales

Sales Manager

• 5–10 years of experience with team leadership and key account management

Preferred Industry Experience

· Semiconductor distribution

· EMS/OEM manufacturing

· Industrial automation

· PCB/PCBA industry

· Factory automation

• Power electronic.

Basic salary: USD 1500 to USD 2000.

Quarterly Incentive 1% of the target achieved.

New business Creation 1%
