Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Vietnam. This role involves promoting and selling our range of engineered products to various industries, including (but not limited to) F&B, Biotechnologies, Chemicals and Pharma. This position is remote based (work from home) and involves significant domestic travel and periodic international travel for sales meetings.
Product line: Decanter, Tricanter, Sedicanter, Sorticanter, Separator, Nozzle Separator, Belt Press, Engineered Systems, Rental Machines
Fields of Application: Pharma and Biotechnology, Chemicals, Edible Fats And Oils / Biofuels, Beverages, Industrial Waste / Mineral Oils, Municipal Sewage Sludge, Food
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or engineered products sector. Experience in the relevant market sectors is a must. Knowledge and experience of separation technology is desirable.
- Skills:
Work & Travel Requirements:
- Travel: Domestic travel expectation of approximately 40%. Periodic international travel required 1-2 times per year for sales meetings.
- Work Arrangement: Remote-based (work from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, gather their contact information, and introduce the company's services through visits, calls, emails, events;
- Reach out and initiate contact with new prospective clients to build a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects;
- Set up introduction meetings and manage the meeting schedules effectively;
- Maintain day-to-day contact and follow up with clients regarding introduction meetings, proposals, contracts, etc;
- Develop and execute market strategies to penetrate new markets and meet/exceed revenue targets;
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and support to customers on the company's engineered products, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations with customers on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring profitable deals that align with company objectives.
- After-Sales & Service Management: Handle all aspects of after-sales service, including coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving any customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including product management, customer service, and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and update sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis on a regular basis. Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time to the management team.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with local laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
