Job Description

Main Objectives

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities in the Water Treatment and Water Utilities segments across North Vietnam. This includes actively promoting GF's piping system solutions and services to strengthen our market presence and position GF as the preferred supplier in the region. The candidate will also be accountable for achieving defined sales and margin targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of GF in the North Vietnam market.

Main Tasks

  • Identify and forecast sales potential in the Water Treatment and Utilities (WT/UT) market, and take ownership of achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the activities and behavior of key market playersincluding end customers, consultants, designers, and competitorsin the Vietnam Market , and translate insights into marketing strategies and actionable sales plans.
  • Proactively maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and proposing targeted GF solutions to expand overall sales potential.
  • Actively create and develop new business prospects and opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to resolve customer service issues and support accurate stock forecasting.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in the CRM system, including customer data, visit planning and reporting, and timely updates on project status.

Job Requirements:

  1. A minimum of three years experience in sales/business development in similar industry.
  2. Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
  3. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
  4. Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
  5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
  6. Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  7. Able to work both independently as well as is a team player.
  8. . Good network particularly in Vietnam Water district companies, (HAWACO, SAWACO,WASUCO,URENCO,BIWASE,CERWASS) etc, and other independently operating
