Adecco's Client - a Swiss-headquartered, family-owned international company and a leading supplier of high-performance metal materials for the aerospace industry - is looking for potential candidates to fill in the Sales Engineer (Sales Representative) with the below information:
Contract:12 months - signed with Adecco
Salary: 13,000,000 - 26,000,000 VND Gross/Month (depending on candidate's seniority)
Location: Flexible location since this is a remote role
Reporting lines:Managing Director Asia (Excl. China) & Managing Director (Korea)
Work hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Job Summary:

They distribute and stock sheets, rods and tubes in nickel alloys, titanium alloys and stainless steel for Aerospace. In addition, they have one of the largest stocks in this segment in Europe and Asia. Their most valuable asset: close personal contact with their customers and their sales team, which is the engine that drives our support for success. The ideal Sales Representative has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. They're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings.
- Research and understand customers need and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base within Vietnam.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 13 years of experience in sales engineering or technical roles. Mill sales (metal) or metals distributors/agent background.
- Strong interest in sales and the metal materials industry (Stainless, Aluminum, Nickel and Titanium alloys exposure is an advantage).
- Internship, academic project, or thesis related to metals, materials, or business is a plus.
- Aerospace/defense, semiconductor, automotive, supply chain exposure can be also considered.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and/or exhibitions.
- Fluent English (both verbal and written).
