Job Description

Beckhoff offers advanced automation systems based on PC-based control technology. The product range covers primarily Industrial PC, Fieldbus Components, Drive Technology and Automation Software. Components and system solutions from Beckhoff are used in a wide range of sectors and applications worldwide.

The central divisions of Beckhoff, such as development and production are located at the Beckhoff headquarters in Verl, Germany. Beckhoff is represented by 23 branches located across Germany, 41 subsidiaries worldwide with presence in almost 75 countries on the international market.

We are expanding our presence in Vietnam and are looking for engineers who share our vision and are eager to take up new challenges in his/her career. Join us in this dynamic period where you can grow with the company.

Our team in Vietnam consists of Sales, Marketing and Application Support.

You will report to the Sales Manager and focus on the Vietnam region.

Responsibilities

  • carry out company business plans, execute and achieve sales target
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting key accounts relationships by providing expert guidance on automation technologies
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities in automation, focusing on market segments such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or any industry with automation needs
  • conduct technical product demonstrations to customers, addressing benefits for customers system
  • collaborate with technical teams to design customized automation solutions based on customer specifications
  • provide recommendations for automation improvements, upgrades, or new installations
  • maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline
  • provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key account updates to management

Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within automation or industrial technologies
  • strong hunter sales mindset with a proven sales track record
  • solid understanding of technical sales cycles and automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, robotics, sensors). Familiar with manufacturing eco system
  • ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English and Vietnamese
