The Sales Engineer - Japanese Speaker role combines sales, technical consultation, and business development for chemical products used in paper manufacturing. The position works closely with paper manufacturers to understand their production processes, recommend suitable chemical solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities and provide technical support to paper manufacturing plants
- Analyse customers paper production processes and recommend suitable chemical products and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the paper manufacturing industry
- Work closely with customers to identify technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Support business development activities and contribute to expanding the customer base
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time professional experience
- Previous sales experience
- Japanese-language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above
- English- or Chinese-language skills will be an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
