Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solution of HVAC system
  • Follow up with customers feedback to give advices on technical specifications
  • Cooperate with Application team to propose solution for existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system
  • Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedule
  • Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects
  • Prepare sales and order forecast and reports
  • Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue
  • Report to C&C Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university
  • Min. of 2 years combined working experience in the areas of Consultant, Contractor, or related Airside is preferable.
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R) fundamentals, system engineering, Energy Solutions, as well as air system applications.
  • Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.
  • Availability to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • Experience with Trane Select Assist (TSA), Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad.
  • Active personality with analytical mind, Proactive, Team Player, Customer-oriented and Service-minded, good attitude, Positive Thinking.
  • Have good connections with Direct & Industrial customers.
  • Having a mindset/competence to drive direct sales activity.
  • Enthusiasm and teamwork.
  • Working location: HCM / HN
