Sales Engineer (Biopharma)

Role Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our energetic, professional, and driven team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, foundational knowledge in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharmaceutical industries, and strong proficiency in both the Vietnamese and English language.

Role Description

• Ensure assigned sales targets are achieved
• Maintain, build, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Establish new business relationships and expand the customer network
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare product quotations, execute business contracts, and provide after-sales services
• Receive customer complaints and collaborate with related teams to resolve issues effectively
• Propose to the Sales Manager training needs in sales skills and professional knowledge for the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biopharmaceuticals, or Biochemistry
• High proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and responsible
• At least 1 year sales experience
