Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value client leads, responding to inbound opportunities
  • Build strong relationships to understand client needs and demonstrate Saola's value
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams for project success
  • Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities
  • Represent Saola at industry events to generate leads

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in outsourcing software development or crypto partnerships, with a proven track record of closing 6-figure deals
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused with a no-ego mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships

Nice To Have

  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Passion for web3 ecosystems and familiarity with L1/L2 landscapes
