Position Overview

As the Vietnam Regional Director, you will lead market research, customer acquisition and conversion, drive sales target achievement, and manage the team, including the establishment and daily operation of subordinate offices. You will be responsible for coordinating product development and brand interaction to secure custom orders; lead garment factory engagement, public relations, and execution; ensure pre-sales/after-sales service, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and oversee payment collection; maintain brand relationships; and preside over monthly sales meetings to optimize performance.
