- Direct Reports: Territory Sales Managers + Key Account Managers
- Scope: Nationwide (North, Central, South Vietnam)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our B2B distribution and dealer network across Vietnam for car window tinting films and Paint Protection Films (PPF).
This role is responsible for national sales strategy, revenue growth, dealer network expansion, team leadership, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automotive aftermarket distribution, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record of building high-performance sales organizations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Currently working in:
- Automotive aftermarket brands (PPF, tint, detailing)
- Automotive parts/lubricants distribution
- Has strong relationships with: Dealer networks across Vietnam
- Premium installers and workshop chains
- Experience with brands like: 3M, Llumar, Hexis, SunTek, or similar
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from early stage to national leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
National Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a city-wise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Define sales targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning
Dealer, Installer Network & Distribution Management
- Build, expand, and optimize a nationwide network of dealers, installers, and distributors
- Define dealer segmentation (premium, standard, volume partners)
- Establish structured programs:
- Authorized installer programs
- Dealer incentive schemes
- Co-op marketing programs
- Ensure strong brand positioning across all dealer touchpoints
Team Leadership & Organization Building
- Lead and manage Territory Sales Managers and the sales team
- Design organizational structure and hiring plans
- Set KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive structures
- Coach and develop a leadership pipeline within the sales team
- Build a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
Key Account & Strategic Partnerships
- Manage relationships with top-tier dealers and key accounts
- Negotiate major contracts, pricing agreements, and partnerships
- Develop strategic alliances with:
- Automotive groups
- Dealer chains
- High-end detailing studios
Product, Training & Technical Alignment
- Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure:
- Proper installer training programs
- Product knowledge across sales teams and dealers
- Support launch of new products (PPF, window film, coatings, etc.)
- Align with global suppliers on product positioning and strategy
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Implement CRM and sales tracking systems
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and dealer productivity
- Ensure strong discipline in:
- Forecasting accuracy
- Inventory planning
- Receivables and credit control
- Drive operational efficiency across regions
Marketing & Brand Development (Commercial Alignment)
- Collaborate with marketing to execute national campaigns
- Drive brand visibility through:
- Dealer branding
- Events and activations
- Digital campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand positioning as a premium automotive protection solution
Market Intelligence & Competitor Strategy
- Analyze competitor landscape (pricing, dealer strategy, promotions)
- Identify market trends and customer behavior
- Recommend strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Background
- 8–15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong background in:
Automotive aftermarket (PPF, window film, detailing, accessories) OR
Automotive parts/lubricants / technical B2B distribution
- Proven success in building and scaling dealer/distributor networks nationwide
- Experience managing multi-region sales teams

- Attractive Salary (depending on experience)
- Total Monthly Compensation (OTE): up to 150,000,000 VND/month
