Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bring your talent to
Noventiq Vietnam . You'll be a part of our SMB team.
Role Overview : The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as a vital bridge between Marketing and Sales. The primary responsibility is to research, identify, and qualify potential leads. This role focuses on generating high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to hand over to the Sales Account Manager team, driving the company's revenue growth.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Research and Lead List Building (Outbound Focus)
- Market & Customer Research:
- Identify potential target accounts as requested.
- Prospecting:
- Utilize specialized tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, B2B data platforms, etc.) to find key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Proactively source valid and accurate contact information (emails, phone numbers).
- Create and manage new accounts on the CRM system.
- Data Management & Hygiene:
- Ensure lead data within the CRM system (Creatio) remains clean, accurate, and continuously updated.
- Lead Processing and Nurturing (Inbound & Event Focus)
- Lead Intake & Qualification:
- Promptly receive and respond to leads from Inbound sources (Website, registration forms, content downloads) and Events/Webinars.
- Conduct initial qualification/nurturing via calls, emails, or messages to assess customer needs, fit, and budget based on the BANT framework.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (Email, Phone, LinkedIn) to maintain relationships and nurture leads that are not yet ready to purchase.
- Provide basic information and answer inquiries regarding the company's products/services.
- SQL Generation:
- Convert thoroughly vetted leads that meet the criteria into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Successfully schedule product demos or discovery meetings for the Sales team (Account Executives).
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in similar business development/telesales roles within a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills via phone and email.
- Research Skills: Ability to research and synthesize information quickly and accurately.
- Mindset: Proactive, persistent, and capable of working under high-pressure targets (KPIs).
- Tools: Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Education: College or bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Location: Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
- Plus: Experience working with customers on Microsoft or AWS solutions is a significant advantage.
