Why this role exists
You are the front of the funnel. You find the right B2B accounts before they find us, and you package the kind of content that makes a busy decision-maker stop and reply. In an AI-native company, you don't do this by brute force — you do it by building repeatable systems and letting tooling and our AI Workforce multiply your reach.
What you'll own
- Package outbound content — hooks, short value angles, and follow-up sequences — that earns replies and books meetings.
- Book qualified demo meetings between the Sales Manager and the right prospects.
- Keep the pipeline honest in the CRM: every touch, status, and next step updated in real time.
How we measure success
- Qualified Meetings — meetings successfully booked between AEs and qualified prospects.
- OPP — qualified opportunities live in the pipeline.
You'll thrive here if you have
- At least 6 months in any business development or lead-generation role — we care more about hustle and signal than tenure.
- Sharp written and verbal communication — you can say more with fewer words.
- A systems mindset: you reach for tools, templates, and automation before you reach for more hours.
- High adaptability and a genuine pull toward AI — you experiment with new tools weekly, not yearly.
Bonus: Leadership in a club, community, or side project — anything that shows you make things happen without being told to.
