Role Description

Responsible for developing international customers, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with the Thailand head office on product information, quotations, samples, and customer requirements. Ideal for candidates with a sales or marketing mindset, strong communication skills and systematic follow-up. Textile experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate product, pricing, quotations, and samples.
• Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer and sales activity records.
• Prepare regular sales progress reports.
• Support product presentations and marketing materials.
• Learn textile products and applications to support sales development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communication. Textile, related fields.
• Based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, export sales, or customer coordination preferred.
• Textile, garment, apparel, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, or CRM tools.
