Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: 1152 Lang, Hanoi
1.Job description
Purpose of the position:
• Supporting the customer facing FS organization
• Supporting the customer facing KAM; BDM
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist all Sales Functions facing:
▪ Commercial issues:
• Obtaining rates
• Cost validation or negotiation
• Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer
• Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required
▪ Business execution
• Giving shipping instruction to operation
• Support to adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs
▪ Administration and back-up
• Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard;
monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc)
• Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers;
internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
2.Job requirements
• Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
• Sales-related System Familiarity: Being proficient in usage of CRM or other platforms
• Standard selling skills & procedure: Being equipped with related sales professional skills and department's
procedure
• Analytical & Reporting skills: Being capable in making related report/analysis
• Problem Solving & Decision Making
• Interpersonal skills
