RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Sales Consulting

  • Understand learners personal goals, development needs, and backgrounds.
  • Advise on suitable learning pathways (standard or personalized programs).
  • Recommend the most appropriate training programs based on learner needs.
  • Explain course content, learning value, quality commitment, and expected outcomes.
  • Handle objections, follow up through the decision-making process, and close sales effectively.

2. Lead Management & Customer Care

  • Manage, update, and track all learner interactions in the CRM system.
  • Implement the preduringpost registration care process based on each lead segment.
  • Proactively follow up with potential learners at the right time.

3. Process & Consulting Tool Optimization

  • Contribute ideas to improve consulting workflows, need-assessment questions, and lead scoring forms.
  • Participate in product knowledge updates and skill enhancement sessions (e.g., objection handling, scenario response).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize messaging and consulting materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting or sales (preferably in education or premium B2C sectors).
  • Strong communication and empathy skills with flexible problem-solving ability.
  • Capable of systematic thinking understanding the link between learner needs, goals, and learning solutions.
  • Experience in education, skills training, coaching, or premium program enrollment.
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems is an advantage.
