Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will provide expert sales consulting to B2B clients, helping them optimize their business processes through OplaCRM's tailored solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication with clients. You will also collaborate with teams to enhance customer service experiences and drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain high-quality Customer Service
  • Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Experience in Consulting or advising businesses on optimizing and improving processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience with CRM systems or related technologies is desirable
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
