Job purpose:

To identify, develop, and expand business opportunities for the company's IT Outsourcing (ITO) services; build long-term relationships with domestic and international clients, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Research and analyze the IT Outsourcing market: software development outsourcing, offshore/nearshore models, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, etc.
  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, company website, partners, events, and seminars.
  • Engage with domestic and international clients to understand their software development and IT service needs.
  • Present and consult on the company's ITO services (Web & Mobile Development, AI, Blockchain, ERP, QA/QC, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical teams and Project Managers to prepare proposals, effort estimations, pricing, and solution documents.
  • Participate in contract negotiation and commercial discussions; follow up on deal closure and project handover.
  • Manage sales pipeline, update CRM systems, and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors; propose improvements to services and sales strategies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your Skills and Experience:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 13 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development; experience in IT Outsourcing / Software Outsourcing is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good understanding of ITO business models: offshore, staff augmentation, fixed-price, time & material.
  • Basic knowledge of software development technologies (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI, etc.) to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client consulting, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and build proposals and quotations.
  • Proactive mindset, result-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written) required for international markets.

KPIs (REFERENCE)

  • Revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Number of new leads and new clients.
  • Pipeline value and deal closing rate.
  • Client retention rate and satisfaction level.
