Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Sales professional specializing in Software Outsourcing services. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, closing deals, and expanding our presence in the Vietnamese and international markets.
Highlight: You will be provided with an available client database, giving you a strong foundation to accelerate your sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector.
- Manage existing client accounts and leverage them to generate new business opportunities.
- Propose tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals.
- Prepare bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and project acceptance documents.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry movements to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- At Least 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Software Outsourcing field.
- Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B markets, with direct experience working with foreign clients.
- Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security, Finance is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, particularly with foreign clients.
- Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, software project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions.
- Existing client database or strong customer network in the market is a strong advantage.
