Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage and grow a pipeline of prospects, and build long-term client relationships for the agency. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads through multiple channels, scheduling and attending client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and presenting agency services to potential customers. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with appropriate digital solutions and to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client. The position also requires tracking sales activities, reporting on performance, and continuously improving outreach strategies to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities to engage prospects, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience and a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a digital or marketing agency environment.
- Candidates should possess solid negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and close deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
