JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle customer requests from the initial stage through after-sales issues (quotations, sampling, order intake, and complaint resolution).
- Work thoroughly with the internal system for order management.
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery by coordinating with the factory on all related matters.
- Promptly update customer order status and other requirements.
- Prepare all necessary documents related to ordering, delivery, payment, and sales contracts.
- Review forecasts and control material inventory levels.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Education: Graduated from University
2.Experience: Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years experience is an advantage.
3.Skills:
- Good at English, knowing Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hard-working, aggressive with good communication skills.
- Experience in trim or textile is preferred.
