The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.
Responsibilities
1. 协助销售团队 Support to Sales Team
- Organize and manage DDP transaction contracts, including stamping, contract processing, and documentation management.
- Archive DDP contracts and related documents properly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
2. 订单与物流跟进 Order & Logistics Follow-up
- Provide customers with timely updates on production status, shipping progress, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipment status throughout the entire process—from factory dispatch to final delivery—and update customers promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
3. 回款与账务支持 Payment & Finance Support
- Monitor customer payments, including sending statements, verifying accounts, and following up on outstanding payments.
- Identify and report any irregularities in accounts receivable.
4. 客户沟通与支持 Customer Communication & Support
- Respond quickly to urgent or ad-hoc requests from the sales team or customers.
- Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. 其他职责 Other Responsibilities
- Assist sales in preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and other business materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese with bachelor degree or above.
- Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in office software; Excel/Word/ERP experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
