Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.

Responsibilities

1. Support to Sales Team

  • Organize and manage DDP transaction contracts, including stamping, contract processing, and documentation management.
  • Archive DDP contracts and related documents properly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

2. Order & Logistics Follow-up

  • Provide customers with timely updates on production status, shipping progress, and delivery schedules.
  • Track shipment status throughout the entire processfrom factory dispatch to final deliveryand update customers promptly.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Payment & Finance Support

  • Monitor customer payments, including sending statements, verifying accounts, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Identify and report any irregularities in accounts receivable.

4. Customer Communication & Support

  • Respond quickly to urgent or ad-hoc requests from the sales team or customers.
  • Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Assist sales in preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and other business materials.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Chinese with bachelor degree or above.
  • Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficient in office software; Excel/Word/ERP experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
