KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Sales B2B team in coordinating with 3PL (third-party warehouses) for inbound, storage, and outbound activities under guidance.
  • Assist in communicating with B2B customers to handle basic inquiries related to orders, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Update daily inventory and order tracking reports; escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to support stock availability and periodic restocking activities.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing customer data to support relationship building and sales initiatives.
  • Support the team in preparing sales programs, reports, and internal documents.
  • Learn and assist in operating basic automation tools (e.g. chatbots, simple AI tools) used in daily operations.
  • Support Customer Service tasks when required (including occasional evening or night shifts, with prior notice).

REQUIREMENTS
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility.
  • Basic communication skills and logical thinking; able to follow processes and instructions.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
  • Interest in B2B sales operations, order processing, or logistics coordination is a plus.
  • Able to work with a personal laptop.

Working hours: Monday Saturday (9:30 AM 6:30 PM, Saturday: work from home).
