Sales and Partnerships Lead (Full-time)

The Sales & Partnerships Lead will work closely with the founder to drive ĀRCA's revenue growth through direct sales, lead generation, customer consultation, strategic partnerships, brand activations, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
This role requires strong communication, commercial thinking, relationship management, execution, and consistent follow-up. You are not only managing external relationships - you are responsible for turning interest into revenue and building the business network around the ĀRCA ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, generate, and manage qualified sales leads across individual customers, corporate clients, wellness communities, clinics, fitness studios, hotels, and lifestyle partners.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to consultation, follow-up, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
- Consult customers and partners on ĀRCA products, including product benefits, usage, positioning, pricing, and suitable product recommendations.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through clear communication, strong product understanding, and professional follow-up.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product presentations, and follow-up materials for potential customers and partners.
- Track sales activities, conversion rates, revenue performance, and lost opportunities to improve the sales process.
- Work closely with the founder to refine sales scripts, consultation flow, pricing structure, and customer journey.
- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute directly to monthly revenue growth.
Deliverables:

Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and approach potential partners across the following categories: gyms and fitness studios, clinics and medical wellness centers, hospitals and healthcare providers, sports teams and athletic organizations, hotels and hospitality venues, co-working spaces, spas, retreat centers, beauty clinics, wellness communities, and premium lifestyle brands.
- Develop category-specific outreach SOPs defining the approach strategy, pitch materials, and value proposition for each partner type.
- Negotiate partnership terms and formalize agreements.
- Maintain a partnership pipeline tracker with outreach status, follow-up dates, expected value, and conversion metrics.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships including regular check-ins, performance reviews, sales performance tracking, and renewal discussions.
- Identify opportunities for product placement, retail shelf presence, co-marketing, referral sales, and partner-led revenue channels.
Deliverables:
- Partnership pipeline tracker (updated weekly)
- Category-specific outreach SOPs and pitch decks
- Partnership proposal templates per partner type
- Partner follow-up and relationship management tracker
Event Planning & Sales Activation
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events across three formats:
- On-site events at ĀRCA's office (workshops, product demonstrations, wellness sessions, community meetups, customer consultation sessions)
- Off-site events at public venues such as parks, beaches, open spaces, lifestyle venues, fitness studios, and hospitality locations
- Partner-hosted events at partner locations (in-gym activations, clinic open days, hotel wellness weekends, beauty events, sports team activations, corporate wellness sessions)
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue booking, vendor management, permits, timelines, guest lists, product display, sales materials, and budgets.
- Manage on-the-ground execution, customer experience, product explanation, lead collection, and post-event sales follow-up.
- Develop a recurring events calendar aligned with ĀRCA's marketing, sales, and partnership goals.
- Ensure each event has a clear sales or lead-generation objective.
Deliverables:
- Event briefs and run-of-show documents for each event
- Monthly events calendar
- Post-event reports with attendance, engagement metrics, leads generated, sales opportunities, revenue generated, and learnings
- Post-event sales follow-up tracker
Co-Branded Collaborations & Product Partnerships
- Identify and develop co-branded product collaboration opportunities with partners (e.g., co-branded wellness bundles, recovery kits, beauty and longevity packages, functional beverages, supplement bundles, spa packages, or hospitality wellness offers).
- Coordinate with partners on joint product development, packaging, pricing, launch plan, and go-to-market strategy.
- Negotiate revenue-sharing, licensing, referral, or commission terms for co-branded products and packages.
- Explore cross-promotional opportunities such as limited-edition partner bundles, seasonal wellness packages, membership perks, corporate wellness packages, and VIP customer offers.
- Ensure all collaboration opportunities are commercially viable and aligned with ĀRCA's premium positioning.
Deliverables:
- Co-branded collaboration proposals with projected costs and revenue
- Collaboration project tracker
- Revenue-share or commission structure proposal
- Launch and sales activation plan per collaboration
Community Building & Referral Programs
- Develop and manage a referral program enabling existing customers, partners, and community members to refer new customers in exchange for rewards, discounts, commissions, or exclusive access.
- Build and nurture an ĀRCA community through partner networks, events, customer relationships, and digital touchpoints.
- Explore corporate wellness program partnerships offering ĀRCA products and services to company employees.
- Identify potential brand advocates, repeat customers, VIP clients, and high-value referrers.
- Support customer retention by maintaining relationships after the first purchase and identifying upsell or repeat purchase opportunities.

- Customer referral program framework
- Referral tracking sheet
- Corporate wellness prospect list
- Monthly community and referral performance report
Operations Support
- Support day-to-day coordination related to sales, partnerships, samples, product availability, customer follow-up, and vendor communication.
- Keep all sales and partnership information organized, updated, and easy for the founder to review.
2. Party B has the responsibility to provide Services and Deliverables with the right standard and quality as agreed in this Contract.
3. For further details (including sales targets, partnership targets, event briefs, revenue goals, and operational priorities), Party A will share additional briefs upon alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, Account Management, Partnerships, or Commercial roles.
- Strong sales mindset with ability to generate leads, follow up, consult customers, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial, proactive, organized, and comfortable working directly with the founder.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Understanding of premium customer experience, wellness, beauty, hospitality, fitness, or retail is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
