Job Purpose or Summary
- In charge of sales and marketing of Pharmacity branded stores in all marketplace platforms, support owned channels (Web/App) growth, coordinate with internal and external departments to prepare and execute effective campaigns, measure, report and improvement plans.
Main responsibilities
- Daily management and control with Digital team and Promotion team to ensure efficiency and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Plan and strategize with PICs of Tiki/Lazada/Shopee to help increase sales for registered sellers and GMV guide from campaigns, ensure platform growth and establish e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users. Establish strong relations with marketplaces.
- Work with relating departments to understand consumer's product insights to bring the best benefits to customers and contribute to delivering targets.
- Work with relating departments to analyze promotional code metrics and set up quarterly or seasonal reward programs.
- Be responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing or relevant field.
- English is the second language
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a fast-paced, eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management preferred
- Knowledge of business intelligence and performance media is a plus.
- Project management skills: you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure performance on campaigns, project management skills are a must-have
- Numerical skills: You will work with numbers & figures, data analysis skills to get insight & actions for campaigns.
- Planning skills and execution excellence.
- Additional Notes Used to work for Shopee/Lazada/Tiki is a plus
