We're looking for Sales Analyst (Small-medium-business segmentation) to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You'll be a part of our Sales Support team.
What You'll Do
- Support Sales Admin to complete paperwork
- Create monthly report for monthly consumption cloud services.
- Assist finance to issue invoice for monthly consumption cloud services.
- Prepare payment request documents.
- Support to store hard copies of contract.
- Refine customer database, validate, tele profile new accounts, leads/OPPs generation
- Do data profiling and manage the data of the client.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Participate training and sharing to level up your skills.
- Generate qualified leads/OPPs and pass it to sales team to boost up sales
- Co working with marketing team in Go to market sales campaigns:
- Blasting EDM/ invite customers whenever company has relevant sales campaign.
- Involve in providing initiate and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients interest in software solutions.
- Follow up with customers after they attending company webinars to find any potential leads, convert leads to qualify sales opportunities.
Profile Requirements
- Being familiar with a telemarketing role, in the IT industry is preferable; 1 year plus experience in the same role
- Basic English communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
- Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
- Creative thinking outside of the box
