Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Director of Traditional Trade, this role will play instrumental role in supporting the Distributor Management System (DMS) implementation for Distributors across the Vietnam markets. He/she will perform sales data analysis that support management reviews which will support the sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth and effective sales data analysis with skills on interpretation based on market reality
- Develop sales forecast with interaction with sales managers
- Manage distributors In-market sales and systems, namely DMS
- Responsible for the Sales Force Training program Sales capabilities building and Manuals
- Manage Company's assets Merchandising materials. This includes purchasing through suppliers, cost management and field deployment
- Perform DMS retails audit, consolidate & update DMS report
- Periodically compile and consolidate KPI updates
- Support Channel Director in SOP audit, trade promotion activation & drive continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Statistics or equivalent with 2-5 years of Sales Analysis experience within FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel Pivot Table & Vlookup; PowerPoint)
- Experience in supporting DMS data would be a plus
- Strong business acumen, passionate in data mining and analysis work
- Be analytical, able to identify gaps number or data error with details
- Able to handle manual work or multiple tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable in engaging across department and with management

Reporting to the Sales Director of Traditional Trade, this role provides opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR team and Distributors, within Energizer Vietnam market.
