About the Role
The Sales Analysis Executive is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting sales performance related to POS machine products. The role ensures accurate data tracking, timely reporting for management, and provides insights to support business growth, sales planning, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Data Management
Compile, verify, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales data for POS machine products.
Prepare sales performance reports for internal stakeholders (Commercial Team, Finance, Operations, and Management).
Track key metrics such as sales volume, revenue, active POS terminals, deployment progress, churn rate, and merchant performance.
Maintain and update dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Google Data Studio).
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales data and reporting.
Sales Performance Analysis
Analyze trends, market movement, and channel performance for POS machine products.
Identify variances and provide insights to support decision-making.
Evaluate productivity of sales teams and performance of different sales channels (direct sales, partners, agents).
Support sales forecasting and target planning.
Tracking & Operations
Monitor deployment of POS machines (distribution to sales teams, delivery to merchants, activation).
Track inventory status: in-stock, allocated, deployed, faulty/returned devices.
Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth device lifecycle management.
Maintain an updated database of merchants and active POS terminals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment.
Preparing presentations, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
13 years of experience in sales reporting, business analysis, or commercial operations (preferably in fintech, banking, or POS/payment solutions).
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, functions) and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
Can perform report clearly and visible by Powerpoint.
Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work with large data sets and provide actionable insights.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
