- Manage daily meal shifts and break allocations for Experience Team members.

Customer Service Management
- Monitor NPS KPI & VOC to ensure customer service is delivered at the highest level.
Sales Management
- Monitor and supervise all Sales KPIs to achieve assigned targets.
Candidate Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 34 years of experience in sales and customer experience (Customer Service Management for well-known companies in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Hospitality).
- Strong leadership and collaborative mindset; creative, resourceful, and strategic thinking.
- Independent, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent English communication skills; Korean language proficiency is an advantage.
Income- Fixed salary: 100% KPI achieved from 27 million VND
- Additional bonus based on KPI performance
- Total income not dependent on sales revenue
