Key tasks and responsibilities:
Handling all contracts and other related documents for Sales team
Supporting in managing customer database, updating systems such as DMS and C@P
Working with other departments to prepare all related documents to support the process of car handover following Porsche standards
Supporting in preparation of reports for Sales team
Partly working with the process of Ordering and Invoicing / Sales Volume Planning / Product and Pricing
Collecting information of automotive market and competitors
Other ad hoc projects assigned by Sales Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder
At least 01 year of working experience in similar position
Knowledge of automotive industry is preferable
Good at English communication: speaking, writing
Good at IT knowledge, especially office application, internet related software/systems.
Personality/Characteristics: trustworthy, organized, effective, good teamwork, good at keeping sensitive information confidentially.
