Role Description:
1. Sales Operations Support:
- Coordinate with the Sales team and cross-functional departments to support service deployment for customers.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, appendices, and other administrative documents related to Sales activities.
- Maintain and manage customer documentation and records.
- Handle internal administrative tasks, documentation, and procedures supporting Sales operations.
- Deliver internal training sessions for the Sales team on company processes, workflows, and organizational structure.
2. Telecom Leasing Management (Carrier Services):
- Conduct infrastructure surveys and arrange leasing of transmission channels based on Sales requirements.
- Manage periodic (monthly/term-based) payments to telecom carriers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues, incidents, and operational matters related to leased channels.
3. Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports as requested by line managers.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good reading comprehension in English; strong English communication skills are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong teamwork mindset with a collaborative attitude.
