Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Admin to support our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support

Prepare marketing materials, sales kit for sales activities (brochures, leaflets, presentations, price lists, gift initiative, etc.)

Prepare weekly/ monthly business reports which includes sales achievement, project approach, market information, competitors activities to Manager

Follow up on client payment status with the Accounting department. Develop monthly sales reports.

Assist the Sales Manager in identifying, maintaining, and developing the client network.

Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.

Execute tasks assigned by the Sales Manager within the client development plan, including but not limited to paperwork processes.

Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

2. Market Research & Reporting

Research competitors and trends in the coworking or real estate sector.

Collect and update data on client profiles and lead progress.

Provide weekly updates and sales reports to the Sales Manager.

3. Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration / Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, flexible workspaces, and building professional communities.

Good command of English; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.

Personal Qualities

Strong work ethics, punctuality, and professional appearance.

Working Hours & Holidays

Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Lunch: 11:30 AM 1:00 PM) and Saturday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM

Public holidays according to Vietnam's national calendar.
