Role Description

  • Receive, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Support updating customer data in the internal system.
  • Handle customer complaints through the system following company procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations, including contract preparation and document management.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain efficient workflows and ensure timely customer support.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent university graduate, preferably in Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
