Job Description

The B2B & Modern Trade Intern will support daily operational activities of the Modern Trade and wholesale channels, mainly focusing on field operation tracking, ordering support, and assisting with smaller retail chains to ensure smooth sales execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Field Operation Tracking

Support tracking field execution and store operation updates (product availability, display status, basic reports)

Consolidate information from field teams and prepare simple internal tracking reports

2. Ordering Support

Assist in order processing and follow-up under supervisor guidance

Provide backup support for ordering activities when needed

Coordinate internally to ensure order information is updated and accurate

3. Account Support (Small Chains)

Assist in handling operational matters related to smaller retail chains and wholesale partners

Support communication and follow-up for daily operational issues

Help ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams

4. Other Tasks

Perform other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the direct manager

REQUIREMENTS
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
  • Interested in B2B sales or retail operations
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Careful, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
