Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
- Pre-Sale Support: Assist Account Managers in creating accounts, opportunities, and managing pipelines in Salesforce; support quotation and estimation simulation.
- Post-Sale Contract Management: Maintain contract data in Salesforce; ensure compliance with HO policies; track milestones and payment schedules for timely billing.
- Post-Sale Invoicing & Debt Collection: Prepare documents, issue invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on overdue debts using internal tools.
- Post-Sale Revenue Reporting: Coordinate with AF team to review revenue reports, progress recognition, and WIP variances.
- Financial Planning & Control: Develop and monitor plans and budgets; support profit and loss tracking and control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline financial workflows.
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
- Age: 22-30 years old.
- Education & experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting; work experience in auditing is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing, communication). Strong Excel skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail for those without a financial background. Having experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a strong advantage.
