Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hanoi Or HCM Vietnam. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, focusing on business development and relationship management within the energy storage systems and light electric vehicle markets. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing top-notch customer service. Collaboration with other departments and staying up to date on industry trends and technologies are also key components of the role.
Qualifications
1) Proficiency in Chinese or English preferred.
2) Associate's degree or above in Automation Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
3) 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector. Candidates with 3 years of experience in photovoltaic, home energy storage, or inverter products, and with experience in the automation industry, will be given preference.
4) Excellent presentation and communication skills.
5) Consulting, sales, persuasion, and trade negotiation skills.
6) Passionate about technical sales and able to work under pressure.
