We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Business Development to join our team who has strong knowledge in Petroleum trading & energy supply industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, proven sales capability, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities within the Base Oil, Engine Oil, and Bitumen sectors.
- Identify potential clients, distributors, and trading partners across targeted markets.
- Manage the complete sales processfrom prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and meet defined sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Base Oil, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, or Bitumen (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution channels
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (if required)
