Position Overview
1/ Mining & Caring B2B Customers
- Develop new corporate clients and maintain existing ones based on company data.
- Find new customers and markets via trade fairs, exhibitions, B2B e-commerce platforms, RFQs, and partners.
2/ Tracking Sample Orders
- Offer samples, quote prices, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and deliver samples; host client visits.
- Coordinate with production to meet custom B2B sample requirements.
3/ Tracking Order Progress
- Plan and monitor orders with the production team.
- Ensure on-time production, packaging, and delivery.
- Handle any issues in order fulfillment (quantity, quality, logistics).
4/ Managing & Coordinating with Partners
- Work with logistics, shipping, insurance, customs, and certification partners.
- Coordinate with marketing and production for promotions, product bundles, or OEM/ODM projects.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Ideal candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- 12 years experience in B2B sales, export, or corporate account management.
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, negotiation).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn international trade processes.
