I-Talent is supporting our Client a Compliance SaaS platform that helps organizations streamline onboarding, KYC/KYB, due diligence, and risk management processes.
Their mission is to simplify complex compliance workflows through technology, enabling businesses to stay compliant with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the full product lifecycle planning, requirement gathering, prioritization, execution, release, and continuous optimization.
- Translate business objectives, compliance requirements, and client needs into clear product specifications and technical requirements.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer expectations.
- Drive Agile delivery: facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product design, QA, business development, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Align technical feasibility with business goals and user experience standards.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and timeline updates to leadership in a clear and structured manner.
Technical & UX Decision-Making
- Collaborate with designers to ensure usability, intuitive flows, and compliance-aligned product experiences.
- Analyze system performance, user behavior, and business data to drive product decisions and feature improvements.
- Ensure technical documentation, process transparency, and high-quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Team Leadership
- Lead and coach a development team of 5 members ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement within the team.
RequirementsExperience & Background
- 45 years of experience in product management, UX, or digital service planning.
- Minimum 2 years working in software development or managing software engineering projects.
- Experience building or managing SaaS platforms, workflow systems, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or compliance is a plus.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient with product and design tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar).
