SA/Tech Lead (Blockchain Platform) HN/HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and own end-to-end system architecture for platform features in alignment with product and business requirements.
• Develop and implement core system components; review pull requests and ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Assess and propose blockchain integration approaches; hands-on experience with Solana is a strong advantage.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain technical alignment across teams and departments.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, technical designs, and comprehensive system documentation.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis to identify risks, propose solutions, and resolve complex architectural and engineering challenges.
• Mentor and guide engineers while promoting best practices in system architecture and software engineering.
• Contribute to system security reviews, performance optimization, and Azure-based solution design and implementation.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical lead or architecture role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with solid backend or full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Web3/Blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, wallets, RPC, transaction signing, and token standards.
• Ability to create clear, detailed technical documentation and architecture artifacts.
• Strong leadership skills with a high sense of ownership and effective cross-team communication.
• Hands-on coding experience in real-world, production-scale environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Azure, and scalable system design.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance to development teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Solana or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Function Apps, Container Apps, and related cloud solutions.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization techniques
